BAZ Trading guide
How BAZ Sniper reads liquidity sweeps on gold
BAZ Sniper is an invite-only TradingView indicator built for gold (XAUUSD) on the M1 to M15 timeframes. It looks for liquidity sweeps — moments when price runs through the stops above a high or below a low and then closes back inside — and draws a complete trade plan for each signal: entry, stop loss, six take-profit levels and a position size for your account.
What a liquidity sweep is
Many traders place stop-loss orders just beyond obvious swing highs and swing lows. Those clusters of orders are often called liquidity. When price pushes through such a level, it triggers those stops; if buyers or sellers then step in and price closes back on the other side of the level, the move is a sweep (also called a stop run). A sweep does not guarantee a reversal: it is a condition the indicator filters further before it shows a signal.
How BAZ Sniper decides
- Liquidity map. Nearby swing highs and lows are grouped into liquidity pools.
- Sweep detection. A signal needs a wick through a pool and a candle close back inside it.
- Quality filters. The sweep must agree with the main trend, and be either a strong stop run or occur in low volatility.
- Pullback engine. Separately, it looks for completed A-B-C corrections against the higher-timeframe trend.
- Risk plan. The stop goes beyond the swept extreme, scaled to volatility; targets are set as R or ATR multiples.
- Position size. Lots per signal are calculated from your balance and risk per trade, with risk and targets also shown in money.
What you see on the chart
- BUY or SELL marked at the close of the signal candle.
- Entry, stop and TP1–TP6 lines; targets turn green as they are hit.
- The stop line changes colour when it is moved to break-even or trailed.
- Two management modes: break-even at TP2 plus a trail, or a fixed stop.
Alerts and automation
BAZ Sniper can alert on BUY, SELL, each target, stop exits and stop moves. Every alert can send a JSON webhook with the trade ID, side, entry, stop, targets, lots and risk. The BAZ Bridge Connector receives those webhooks and places the trades on your MetaTrader 5 account; the setup guide explains each step.
When it works best, and its limits
- Built for M1 to M15. Best used in the market's most liquid hours, away from high-impact news and the daily rollover, when spreads widen.
- It is an analysis tool. Signals can and do lose: a stop being hit is part of normal use, not a fault.
- We do not publish a win rate or a return, and no indicator guarantees results. See the trading risk warning.
How access works
BAZ Sniper is published on TradingView as an invite-only script, so it runs only on TradingView accounts we have granted. You enter your TradingView username at checkout, and access is granted within 24 hours after successful payment verification; your dashboard shows when it is done. Plans are for a fixed period with no automatic renewal, and renewing adds the new period to your current end date. You can read the public description on BAZ Sniper's TradingView page.
