BAZ Sniper, measured in public

Every signal is recorded the moment it fires, and every closed trade counts, losses included. Results come under three separate standards, so you always know what a number is.

Recording since the first alert · Last update waiting for the first alert

No repainting

Signals are confirmed when the candle closes and are never moved or removed afterwards. Every live signal is recorded when it fires and matched against the chart recalculated later.

Summary in words

BAZ Sniper live signal log, OANDA:XAUUSD 1-minute chart on TradingView: recording has started; results appear here after the first trades close. Every closed trade will be counted, losses included.

Recording

The live log is connected to the reporting chart. Charts and statistics appear here as soon as the first trades close. Open trades are never shown.

Verification

How the record stays honest without publishing the strategy.

  • Recorded on arrival. TradingView sends each alert to BazSocial the moment the signal fires; the server stamps the time.
  • Hash-chained. Each alert is linked to the previous one with SHA-256. Editing or deleting any alert changes every hash after it.
  • Published daily. Each UTC day's closing hash appears below and stays public. A later change could not match it.
  • Open to audit. Independent auditors can check the raw log against these hashes under a confidentiality agreement: support@bazsocial.com.

Daily published hashes (UTC)

The first daily hash is published after the first full UTC day of recording.

Verification method and its limits

What each check shows, and what it does not.

What is checked

  • Live record. Every alert the reporting chart sends is stored on arrival, with the server time, in a hash chain. The chain's closing hash is published every day.
  • Signal consistency, weekly. The indicator is re-calculated over the same period on the same chart, and each live-recorded signal is matched to the recalculated signals by candle, direction and price. We publish how many matched, and any differences with the reason.
  • Historical backtest. TradingView Strategy Tester on OANDA:XAUUSD M1, costs included, in-sample and out-of-sample reported separately. It is run by BAZ on a private copy of the indicator and the method is disclosed.

Limits

  • A matching weekly check is strong evidence that signals do not repaint, not proof. It covers the signals that fired in that period, with the same settings and the same data feed, and not visual chart elements that send no alert.
  • TradingView can occasionally revise historical price data, and alerts or webhooks can occasionally fail to arrive. Either one can cause a mismatch that has nothing to do with repainting. Any mismatch is reported with its likely cause.
  • The hash chain shows that recorded alerts were not edited or removed afterwards. It cannot show that an alert was never sent. Gaps in the record are monitored and reported.
  • BAZ runs the reporting chart, the log and the backtest. Independent checks come from auditors (on request, under a confidentiality agreement) and, later, from third-party account verification.
  • Signal results are not account results. Spread, slippage, execution speed and position sizing on a real account will differ.

How results are counted

What counts

Every BUY and SELL alert from the reporting chart (OANDA:XAUUSD, 1 minute) after recording began. A trade counts when it closes. A trade whose entry alert was not received is stored but not counted.

Result in R

Exit minus entry, in the trade's direction, divided by the initial risk (entry to stop loss). The exit is the alert that ends the trade: stop loss, trailing stop, final target or reversal.

Win, loss and break-even

A win is above +0.05 R and a loss below −0.05 R. Anything in between is break-even, which happens when the stop was moved to the entry price.

Costs

Results are shown as the indicator signals them, or after an assumed $0.30 per trade for spread, commission and slippage. Real costs depend on your broker.

Signals, not account results

This log measures the indicator's signals. Fills on a real account can differ; measuring those is the job of the third-party account standard.

Sessions

By the UTC hour of the entry candle: Asia 23–07, London 07–13, New York 13–22.

Questions

What does this dashboard measure?

Every BUY and SELL alert BAZ Sniper sends from our OANDA:XAUUSD 1-minute reporting chart on TradingView is recorded the moment it arrives. Every trade that closes is counted, losses and break-even trades included. Nothing is removed or filtered out.

Why are results in R?

R is a multiple of the initial risk, the distance from entry to stop loss. +2R means a trade made twice what it risked, and −1R is a full stop-out. R lets you compare results without assuming a lot size or account balance.

How can I trust the numbers?

Each alert is chained to the previous one with a SHA-256 hash, and each day's closing hash is published on this page. Any later change to an earlier alert would no longer match the hashes already published. Independent auditors can request access to the raw log under a confidentiality agreement.

Why can't I see open trades or individual trades?

Open signals are what subscribers pay for, so they are never shown here. Individual trades, prices and raw data are not published, to protect the strategy from copying. Only summary statistics are shown, and every closed trade is counted in them.

Does BAZ Sniper repaint?

No. BAZ Sniper confirms every signal when the candle closes, and a signal is never moved or removed afterwards. We check this continuously in public: every live signal is recorded the moment it fires and matched against the chart recalculated later. The match rate is shown on this page, with the method and its limits.

Is this a guarantee of future results?

No. These are recorded results of past signals. Trading gold with leverage carries a high risk of loss, and future results can differ.
